All customers using the services of Caldbeck Clocks agree to the following terms and conditions:-

1. Clocks are the responsibility of the customer until arrival at Caldbeck Clocks is confirmed by us. We will confirm safe arrival of your clock at time of arrival. Please see our delivery & payments page for further details.
   
2. Caldbeck Clocks will ensure safe delivery back to the customer on completion of work via a suitable antique courier service.
   
3. All items returned to customer will be fully insured.
   
4. All repairs and service - parts and labour - are guaranteed for 12 months from date of departure from Caldbeck Clocks.
   
5. We will give you a quote for delivery back to the customer as part of the estimate for required work.
   
6. Full payment for work completed is required before we will return the clock to the customer.
   
7. We cannot guarantee that the appearance of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.
   
8. When purchasing items from Caldbeck Clocks, it should be noted that the descriptions of the products offered for sale are accurate to our best professional knowledge and represent our opinion of the likely history of the clock. We cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the said descriptions arising from factors unknown to us at the time of sale, save for that provided under law.
