Antique clocks by their very nature are precision timekeeping instruments and have to be handled with great care when transporting them around. Caldbeck Clocks are specialists in antique clock transportation to and from our clock workshop to your home or business address.

Repairs - Customers must contact us first before sending any clock to us for repairs. We will advise you of how to send your clock to us for repair. We recommend that you use a specialist antique courier - AMG Parcel Delivery. We also use Abbey Antiques for bigger items - mainland UK only- www.abbey-antiques-web.co.uk.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE CLOCK IS SENT TO US VIA A SUITABLE DELIVERY SERVICE.

All items returned to the customer after repair services are fully insured.

FREE DELIVERY on all items within Mainland UK.

We will contact you to confirm delivery of your clock to Caldbeck Clocks via telephone and give you an estimate for the required work. This can be confirmed in writing if required.

All clocks are bubbled wrapped/ polystyrene chips and double boxed in strong boxes and sent via specialist antiques courier direct to your door.

We accept cash, cheque, debit and credit cards on completion of work. Items will only be returned once any work has been paid for in full.
